How it works
In the very beginning of our research, we discuss with each of our clients the extent of given research. It is highly recommended that you are able to summon up to one hundred (100) years of data regarding your ancestors, as we are constrained by data protection law when dealing with this data. Of course, if you do not have those data available, we can look for the data with your notarized letter of authorization. It is important to stress out, that you don't need to travel anywhere to meet us, since all of this will be arranged online. There is also an option for each client, whether to keep data older than 100 years private and for themselves whether to put that data on the web – in this case there is a possibility of matching even more people from other family trees that are already accessible online.
While we perform our archival research, in addition to Slovene and Slovak languages we frequently encounter with other foreign languages (Latin, German, Hungarian, etc.) as well as with various forms of scripts (the Kurrent script – also known as "the Old German Script", the Cyrillic alphabet in the records of the Slovak Greek Catholic Church, records in Latin, etc.).
Taking into account that the research is carried out in Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Austria and partly Croatia, the timeframe for the whole research depends on the available data, e.g. visits to various archives, parishes, and also cemeteries, etc.
In Slovenia, we are specialised for the region of Novo mesto with surroundings, and in Slovakia for the region of Trenčín. Nevertheless, we must stress out that the two mentioned regions are not the only areas, as the destinations mentioned above can also be explored.

Graphic design and the finishing stage
You can choose from several poster designs, that are carefully prepared by our graphic designer. On request your poster can also be framed for you.We have standard sizes of 50 × 70 cm for one family lineage with several generations and 90 × 60 cm for a family tree with several lineages and generations with you at the base (or the person of your choice).
Upon request we can also provide a family chronicle with various information of all the mentioned ancestors, either on a USB drive or in a printed version with numerous attachments.
